Hotel Ernest is an immersive boutique experience, combining heritage architecture with modern luxury. Our 10 individually designed suites feature curated Australian artworks and designer finishes, creating a stay that feels both intimate and considered.

All suites are designed for up to two guests and include plush king-size beds. Complimentary off-street parking is available, with self check-in after 6.30pm for added convenience.
Downstairs is Restaurant Terrae, Bendigo’s highest-rated restaurant in the Good Food Guide. Hatted executive chef Tim Foster celebrates the finest local and seasonal produce, infusing time-honoured cooking methods with the signature Terra twist.
